A seasoned general contractor who believes that everyone deserves to experience the pride and excitement of building their own home, and that they should have fun while doing it! With over 20 years of experience dedicated to building and enhancing homes in the greater Puget Sound Area, Matt is passionate about helping homeowners see what they didn't know was possible. In 2008, Matt founded On Point Construction, a thriving construction company that reflects his unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship.

In a pivotal move in 2022, Matt acquired UBuildIt Snohomish County, marking a significant milestone in his career and showcasing his strategic vision and leadership. Taking ownership of UBuildIt has allowed Matt to expand his reach and further solidify his presence in the construction industry.

Matt leads a team of Construction Consultants who are devoted to helping clients manage their projects and learn the building processes. From the early planning stages, land acquisition, budgeting, and plan development to the installation of final finishes, the team ensures that every detail is carefully addressed.

Deeply involved in every aspect of the process, Matt brings his passion to the forefront, tirelessly working to find the perfect fit for every client's dream home or remodel project. His commitment extends beyond the construction itself; Matt is dedicated to building trust and meaningful relationships with clients is ensuring that their aspirations are not only met but exceeded.

Matt is a family man, married to Dani and a father of two children ages 15 and 17. This personal connection informs his understanding of the importance of creating spaces that truly feel like home. Matt's approach combines professionalism with a personal touch, making every collaboration with UBuildIt and On Point Construction a uniquely tailored and enriching experience. With his extensive experience and recent acquisition of UBuildIt Snohomish County, Matt continues to lead the way in delivering exceptional construction solutions and creating homes that stand the test of time.

Meet Dani,

A serial entrepreneur who believes that we are all capable of more than we think we are. As the dedicated spouse of Matt, the owner, Dani not only manages the business alongside him, but also serves as a client experience specialist and administrator within the company all while simultaneously leading in her own industry outside of construction. 

Dani's journey in the world of home remodeling began when she purchased her first house as a young, single woman. Upon successfully rehabbing and selling that home, she and Matt would go on to purchase, remodel and sell multiple more homes in the Pacific Northwest. Her instrumental role in each of these acquisitions and detailed decisions makes her a perfect partner for Matt as she brings her wealth of experience and strategic insights to UBuildIt, actively contributing to its growth and success. Her expertise ensures that clients receive top-notch consultation services, caring for them through every stage of custom home building or remodeling projects.
