With over 20 years of experience building homes throughout the greater Puget Sound region, Matt brings more than technical expertise—he brings a passion for building relationships. As a former general contractor and founder of On Point Construction, Matt now helps homeowners achieve more by offering his insight and industry knowledge without the cost of a full-service builder.

We start with your budget, not just your blueprint. Too often, homeowners spend thousands on designs they can’t afford. We flip the script:

  1. Free Intro Presentation– Schedule a meeting at our office or your home and learn how the UBuildIt system works
  2. Site Review & Probable Cost Estimate – We visit your property and use our market-rate bidding tools to estimate costs
  3. Engagement Phase – You place a 2.5% deposit on the estimated project cost, unlocking access to our full team and resources
  4. Design, Specs, and Final Pricing – Our architects and vendors help tailor plans to your actual budget Construction Phase – You manage the project, we provide oversight, advice, and 26+ job site visits
